Divisional Finance Director - Key Responsibilities

As a Divisional Finance Director at Coty, you will be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Financial Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and coordinate annual financial strategy plans

  • Optimize financial mix across business segments
Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead business review and ensure financial controls are in place
  • Provide timely financial insights and recommendations
  • Drive standardization and simplification of financial processes
  • Partner with FP&A to drive business growth
  • Develop and lead a high-performing finance team
