Divisional Finance Director

Coty is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Finance Director to join our UK&I finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and growth across the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-pilot with Sales to set Retail, Gross, and Net sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Own and drive optimal distribution mix within the division to drive profitability.
  • Optimize brand, channel, and category mix for the division.
  • Ensure governance and controls around sales recognition and GTN spend.
  • Manage the detailed P&L of each brand within the division and understand margins, channel, and customer dynamics.
  • Develop detailed understanding of market share performance and partner with stakeholders to drive market share performance.
  • Ensure resource allocation choices within A&CP maximize performance.
  • Work with marketing to manage media mix to drive strongest ROI.
  • Manage coordination of annual strategy plan and develop scenarios with key stakeholders to maximize performance of the division.
  • Lead BS review for related areas and ensure appropriate controls and maintenance on key BS accounts.
  • Ensure succinct, relevant, and timely insights to guide senior stakeholders' decision making.
Requirements:
  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified accountants with extensive PQE.
  • Exec level FP&A and commercial partnering skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet under U.S. GAAP.
  • Solid technical understanding of month-close process and audit compliance.
  • Experienced in working in a multi-functional environment.
  • Experience in Financial Forecasting and deviation analyses incl. business interpretation.
  • Strong Excel skills, experience with SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan & Power BI ideal (but not mandatory).
