Deputy Divisional Clinical Director - Surgery

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Divisional Clinical Director to join our dynamic Surgical Division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care within a thriving hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the surgical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for the Surgical Division.
  • Oversee the operational management of the division, including budget allocation, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the surgical team.
  • Represent the Surgical Division at meetings and conferences, advocating for patient needs and promoting the hospital's reputation.
Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A recognized medical degree and specialist qualifications in surgery.
  • Extensive experience in clinical practice and leadership within a surgical setting.
