Job Opportunity for a Seasoned Executive

Thomas Gray, a leading interior contractor and manufacturer, is seeking a highly experienced Divisional Director to drive business growth and expansion in the Saudi Arabian office fit-out sector.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead complex commercial office projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Establish and manage efficient operational processes, including supply chain management and resource allocation.
  • Break down company strategies into actionable milestones and manage resources to enhance reporting systems.
  • Integrate in-house manufacturing capabilities and lead growth strategies, client negotiations, and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee project execution, maintain strong client relationships, and foster a positive work culture.
  • Propose operational improvements and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
