We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at One Hundred Shoreditch. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the hotel's high standards, adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures.

  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and other amenities, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.

  • Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and other toiletries, ensuring that all rooms are well-stocked and ready for new guests.

  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the housekeeping storage areas.

  • Ensure all rooms are serviced and ready for new guests in a timely manner, meeting the hotel's high standards for guest satisfaction.

  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.

  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the housekeeping storage areas, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are stored safely and efficiently.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and customer service.
