Job Title: Brand Marketing Content Officer

About the Role:

The Journal of Music is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Content Officer to lead all marketing and communications efforts. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing marketing strategies to enhance engagement with our programmes, working closely with the Senior Management Team and the CEO to support broader strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our programmes and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Manage and maintain our content management system (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and adapt our strategies accordingly
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our strategies

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in arts marketing, with a proven track record of success in audience development and engagement
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CMS and CRM systems, as well as editing and design software
