Marketing Director - Content

The Journal of Music is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director - Content to lead our marketing and communications efforts. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing marketing strategies to enhance engagement with our programmes, working closely with our Senior Management Team and CEO to support broader strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our programmes and services
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team and CEO to align marketing efforts with organisational objectives
  • Manage and maintain our CMS and CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, adapting our strategies accordingly
  • Work closely with our design and editing teams to create engaging marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in arts marketing, with a proven track record of audience development and engagement
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CMS and CRM systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
