Temporary Position

Salary Range: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in HR administration or those looking to embark on a career in human resources.

As a vital member of our HR shared services team, you will be instrumental in facilitating the HR operations by managing various administrative responsibilities, ensuring the HR information system (HRIS) is accurately maintained, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the organization, including the management of employee records and the upkeep of the HRIS.
  • Ensuring that employee life cycle events, such as leave and salary adjustments, are accurately reflected in the HRIS.
  • Assisting in resolving employee inquiries and concerns, delivering timely and precise information.
  • Issuing necessary documentation as requested, including modifications to employment contracts.
  • Ensuring that accurate information is communicated to the Payroll department.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar HR administrative role or a proven background in a comparable administrative position with a desire to transition into HR.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and proactive approach to work.

This temporary position offers a competitive salary within the range of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum. We encourage interested candidates to consider this opportunity.
