Go To Outsourcing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children's Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing care and support to children facing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.

  • Provide Direct Care and Guidance: You will work closely with children, offering individualized support and guidance to help them navigate their challenges and develop essential life skills.
  • Foster a Nurturing Environment: Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children feel valued, respected, and empowered.
  • Educational Support and Enrichment: You will assist in teaching important concepts and monitor the progress of the children under your care.
  • Meal Preparation and Daily Living Skills: You will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals and assisting with daily living activities to ensure the well-being of the children.
    • Build Meaningful Relationships: Your ability to build positive relationships with children, based on trust and empathy, is essential to their growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Enhanced DBS check is required.
  • Full vaccination is mandatory.
  • A valid driving license and access to a car are preferred.
  • Prior experience working with children in a similar role is essential.
