Position Overview...

We are currently seeking a Development Manager to become part of Chartway Living, based in our Crawley offices. Chartway Living focuses on investment and development within the UK Living Sector, encompassing Single Family Rental (SFR), Build to Rent (BTR), and Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Support the development processes related to SFR Development and Land Promotion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of SFR to facilitate the successful delivery of development projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including suitable SFR sites and land promotion prospects.
  • Oversee projects from initial conception through planning, execution, and final handover.
  • Manage external consultants and advisors, engage with investors, and oversee complex budgeting processes.
  • Assist in establishing and refining departmental processes.
