Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Tenants and Landlords: You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Managing Tenant Enquiries and Maintenance Issues: You will be responsible for resolving and managing tenant enquiries and maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Arranging Repairs and Maintenance: You will arrange with contractors to attend repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments as needed.
  • Updating the CRM System: You will update the CRM system accurately to ensure that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Booking Inspections and Safety Certificates: You will book in and manage property inspections and safety inspections, ensuring that all necessary certificates are obtained and up-to-date.
  • Invoice Management: You will be responsible for managing invoices and ensuring that all payments are made on time.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Organisation Skills: You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
