The Must-Haves

  • Functional expertise in Oracle HCM, providing technical support for People & Transformation business leads.
  • Ability to work with IT, suppliers, and partners to deploy People applications, including discovery, design, system testing, and UAT.
  • Strong relationships across People & Transformation.
  • Experience in delivering business strategies and requirements.
  • Extensive experience in managing demands from different teams across the business.

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience reviewing releases and improvements from Oracle HCM, working with the Technology integrator team.
  • Experience working in a Joint Venture, Merger, or Acquisition environment.
  • Experience in delivering HRIS transformation.
  • Experience in delivering a specific cloud module.
  • Work with Process Excellence and Digitalisation teams to maximize the technology experience.
  • CRM/ERP platform experience.
