Job Summary:
Areti Group, a Climate positive tech recruitment company, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Transformation Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Change function, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and change initiatives for a leading Telco client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis and requirements gathering to inform business transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Design and implement business process improvements using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business change and transformation
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
- Domain expertise in networks and technical knowledge
- Experience working in a Telco environment (not essential)
- Strong understanding of BPMN and business process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
