We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Cartwheel Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales and Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets on room hire, food and beverage, and sundry items.
- Business Development: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement local level marketing activities, driving awareness and new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Proactively grow and develop relationships with prospective and existing key accounts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce detailed business reports and identify areas for additional revenue opportunities.
- Event Management: Oversee and manage invoicing and payment for events, and ensure seamless execution of events.
- Team Management: Manage, motivate, support, drive, provide guidance and develop the onsite sales team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of sales and revenue growth in a similar role.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
