Head of Digital and Creative

Join HM Government in the US as we seek a dynamic and creative individual to lead our digital and creative efforts. As the Head of Digital and Creative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to raise the positive profile of the UK in New England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative initiatives to promote the UK's interests in New England, including events, media outreach, and digital engagement.
  • Work closely with the Consul General and Deputy Consul General to ensure that our digital and creative efforts are aligned with key objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and thought leaders in the field of international affairs and defence.
  • Manage a small team of digital and creative professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital and creative fields, identifying opportunities to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital and creative leadership, with a track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape in New England, including print, television, and digital outlets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify and access a range of online resources.
