Substance Abuse Recovery Specialist

Role Overview:
Collaborate with Probation and Criminal Justice Rehabilitation Organizations (CRC) to enhance recovery outcomes. Design and implement interventions, including Drug Rehabilitation Requirements (DRR), Alcohol Treatment Requirements (ATR), and Alcohol Specified Activity Requirement (ASAR) programs, adhering to the standards set by the National Probation Service (NPS) and Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC). Coordinate with the community criminal justice team to ensure seamless care for all clients. Conduct recovery planning and evaluations, along with structured group sessions within the Foundations of Recovery / Rehabilitation framework.Candidate Profile:
Strong knowledge of substance use issues and experience in the criminal justice or a related sector. Proven ability to support and guide individuals facing complex and/or multiple challenges. Familiarity with the Criminal Justice System. Experience in conducting DRR / ATR assessments is preferred but not mandatory.Benefits Offered:
