About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at CareTech Group.

As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, encompassing all aspects of daily living.
  • Act as a role model, engaging service users in daily activities, educational and behavioral support programs, and leisure/recreational activities.
  • Assist with food preparation, medication management, housekeeping, laundry, and shopping.
  • Support service users in accessing the community, participating in hobbies, and visiting places of interest.
  • Work a mixture of day and night shifts, including weekends, on a rota system.
