About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at our Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre. As a key member of our caring and support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with patients, fostering open and two-way communication
  • Support patients in their rehabilitation programme, promoting independence and well-being
  • Establish effective methods of communication with patients, addressing any barriers as needed
  • Assist patients with mealtimes and activities of daily living, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to the clinical team, ensuring seamless care coordination
  • Accurately record and report work activities, maintaining high standards of documentation
  • Ensure patient safety and protect their human rights, upholding our centre's values
