We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a leading provider of material handling equipment in the UK, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and procure parts for retail and trade customers
  • Work closely with the Parts Manager to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maximize productivity and profit of the Parts department
  • Ensure excellent customer service at the front desk
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Parts department, preferably with Kerridge / CDK / Autoline experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to pick up the phone and drum up new business
