**Job Description**:
Job Title: Trainee Parts Advisor

**Salary**: £22,000 - £23,000
Working Hours: 4 and a half days per week, with an early finish on Fridays

Our client is seeking a Trainee Parts Advisor to provide essential support for the Tool Service department as part of their team. If you are a motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

" Service Support: Provide support for service-related tasks.
" Documentation: Organise and maintain documentation to ensure efficiency and organisation.
" Processing Tool Repairs: Efficiently process receipts, schedule tools for repair, and raising quotations.
" Dispatch and Collection: Organise dispatches and collections of tools, ensuring a smooth service flow.
" Database Management: Maintain accurate records and data management within the department.
" Health and Safety: Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
" Cooperation with Engineering Team: Collaborate with engineers to offer the best assistance to our customers.
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday (08:00 am - 5:00 pm) and Friday (08:00 am - 12:00 pm)
Monday - Thursday (07:30 am - 4:30 pm) and Friday (07:30 am - 11:30 am)
