About the Role

Kent Street Senior High School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Physical Education Teacher to join our team. As a Cricket Coach and Health and Physical Education Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and coaching to students in the area of Cricket.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans for students in Years 7-12
  • Coach and mentor students in Cricket, promoting a culture of excellence and sportsmanship
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of all students
  • Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Health and Physical Education
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on Cricket
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
