About Kent Street Senior High School:
As one of Perth's pioneering secondary institutions, Kent Street has established itself as a leader in specialized sports education. Our Cricket program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive foundation for those aspiring to pursue a career in cricket, as well as for those who engage in the sport for personal enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
- Contribute actively to the development of the Cricket program, ensuring inclusivity for both male and female students.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills while working closely with students, faculty, and the broader community.
- Lead curriculum development that caters to the educational needs of students from Year 7 to Year 12, including ATAR and General pathways.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A robust background in Cricket, with experience in coaching or leading school sports teams.
- Exceptional teamwork abilities and a commitment to achieving the best educational outcomes.
- A willingness to work outside regular school hours and hold a valid bus license.
- Experience in delivering senior school and certificate courses is advantageous but not mandatory.
