£25,000 + expenses + Stakeholder Pension Scheme

Wiltshire Cricket Limited, in partnership with the Lord's Taverners, is seeking a Disability Development Officer to deliver Lord's Taverners disability programs across Wiltshire.

The successful candidate will provide community-based cricketing opportunities for young people with disabilities through the Super 1s program, increasing confidence, communication, leadership, and independence in participants.

The role will also oversee other disability initiatives, including Disability Schools Cricket Program delivery, Champion clubs, and the disability pathway, contributing to the disability strategy of the ECB/Lord's Taverners partnership.

This exciting role requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting and developing young people, working with multiple partners and organizations.

Wiltshire Cricket Limited is a high-performing County Cricket Board responsible for the growth and development of Cricket, including delivery of ECB Participation and Growth Initiatives and charity-led programs.
