Position Overview:

Kent Street Senior High School is in search of dedicated Health and Physical Education instructors with a specialization in Cricket. This initiative aims to create a pool of educators for potential permanent and fixed-term roles, both full-time and part-time, throughout the academic year.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the Cricket program, engaging both male and female students, while also contributing to the broader Health and Physical Education department.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading school sports teams.
  • Possession of a bus license is essential.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard school hours.
  • Experience in delivering senior school and certificate courses is advantageous but not mandatory.

Curriculum Development:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to developing curriculum and teaching methods that cater to students from Year 7 to Year 12, including pathways such as ATAR, General, and Certificate courses.

Community Engagement:

Kent Street SHS serves a diverse student body from across Western Australia, including those residing at the Rotary Residential College. We actively collaborate with local primary schools to enhance educational experiences in the Victoria Park area.

Eligibility Criteria:
