About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager to join our team at Ecocareers. As a key member of our marketing and sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Requirements
  • Mid-Senior level experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
