CUSTOMER INSIGHTS MANAGER

LONDON


Harnham is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to join a well-known financial services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a new function within the company, focusing on turning customer experience measurement into a science.


THE ROLE:

The Customer Insights Manager will:

  • Conduct research to provide insights and analysis to the wider business, supporting the optimization of customer journeys.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data across Speech Analytics and VoC for customers.
  • Identify key customer pain points and develop reports to track groupwide actions to resolve them.
  • Define customer value principles to support the development of customer experiences.
  • Lead and hire for a team of CX professionals.


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in delivering CX improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent experience telling stories with data.
  • Customer-focused projects such as VoC projects.
  • Mixed-methods research experience.
  • Experience managing change.
  • Managing/mentoring teams.
