Komatsu is seeking a seasoned Mining Equipment Trainer to enhance our team on the West Coast.
In the role of Mining Equipment Training Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert on the latest Komatsu mining machinery and will be responsible for developing and executing operator training programs for our clients at various mine sites across the West Coast.
Your responsibilities will include delivering essential, high-quality training services to ensure that our clients' personnel are adequately skilled to optimize machine performance.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional who possesses a current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a production operator or trainer within the mining sector.
Role Located: Welshpool (FIFO to Mine Sites)

A current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is essential. National RII accreditation for operating mining machinery is advantageous. Minimum years of experience as a production operator or trainer. Proficiency in operating at least four of the following: Electric Wheel Loaders (LeTourneau) Komatsu Wheel Loaders Excavators Large Mining Dozers Electric Haul Trucks Mechanical Haul Trucks Experience with Komatsu mining equipment is preferred.
