Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: The Lakeside Bistro at Hampshire Lakes, Yateley

Rate: £14.44 per hour (Salary equivalent of c£30,035.20 per annum). This role will be paid as an hourly rate.

Hours: 40 per week

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Anchor Hanover, a leading provider of care and housing for older people. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and provide a high-quality, varied range of food to customers.
  • Assist in closing down the kitchen to company standards, including stock rotation and cleanliness.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation.
  • Minimise wastage during food preparation and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Contribute actively to team meetings and training sessions.
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.
  • Complete all necessary company documentation and tasks diligently.
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
