We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at New College Bradford. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus and promotional calendars to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage food and labour costs to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
  • Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential.
  • DBS check required.
  • Food safety level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety training.
  • Confident chef and leader with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
