About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at New College Bradford. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus and promotional calendars to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure knowledge of food menus, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute communication strategies to build catering revenue.
  • Manage food and labour costs to achieve targets and contribute to the overall financial performance of the business.
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the business.
