Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our team at Fedcap Group. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support to individuals participating in our Restart Scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Personalized Support: Work closely with participants to understand their needs and develop personalized plans to achieve their employment goals.
  2. Meet Performance Targets: Ensure your personal performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, including quality and compliance levels.
  3. Identify and Recommend Solutions: Identify, structure, and recommend wellbeing and training solutions to support participants in achieving their employment goals.
  4. Develop Relationships: Develop relationships and networks with key stakeholders, including employers, Job Centre teams, and funding providers.
  5. Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, utilizing Microsoft 365 and CRM solutions.
  6. Empower Individuals: Proven ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
  7. Coach and Motivate: Confidently coach, motivate, and question participants to gain a thorough understanding of their needs.
  8. Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence to effectively support participants.
  9. CV Writing: Skilled at writing effective CVs that highlight participants' key experiences and strengths.
