About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth for our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Support sales enablement by creating innovative and compelling sales tools that communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Work with product managers and marketing teams to launch new products, modules, and functional releases, and manage the cross-functional implementation and tracking of the plan.
  • Craft interesting content that articulates the value proposition of our products and drives engagement with our services.
  • Support market intelligence by staying up-to-date on our buyers, their buying criteria, and our competition.
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies that drive demand for our products, working closely with our marketing and lead generation teams.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of product marketing and creative design experience, ideally in a fast-moving technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience bringing SaaS applications and services to market.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, digital marketing, or other business-related field.
  • Strong creative design skills with ability to create professional, compelling sales enablement and product marketing content.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling and professional sales enablement materials and craft compelling marketing messages.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with clients, acting as the product evangelist and running demos as required.
  • Commercial in outlook, understanding the importance of product drive activities and how to make them successful.
