About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday Marketing team, you will play a critical role in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads for our Workday SaaS Products globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to acquire marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Manage end-to-end campaign projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Deliver against marketing targets and produce regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of key marketing metrics
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies and teams to support campaign activity
  • Understand buyer personas, pinpoint challenges, and propose potential solutions via awareness campaigns through to consideration
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for materials within marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across SDR, sales, product, and pre-sales teams to assist in wider demand generation strategies
  • Manage Paid Advertising Across campaigns and events, including optimization of ads and reporting on success
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing or a relevant business-related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives
  • Results-driven with a good understanding of lead generation and how to progress leads through a marketing funnel
  • Demonstrable experience of marketing techniques like automation/nurtures, webinars, search, digital advertising, and physical events
  • Capable of managing the workload of self and team while operating in a highly competitive and pressurized environment while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build trusted relationships with various stakeholders (both internally and externally)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a technology company
  • Experience of preparing and presenting content
  • Keen interest in technology, SaaS, and industry trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work with stakeholders
