You will be responsible for managing ServiceNow-related projects within our Service Integration Portfolio, collaborating with diverse functional and business unit stakeholders to align our portfolio with the overarching objectives and priorities of HE IT PPM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects utilizing agile and iterative methodologies while employing various project management tools.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget from initiation to closure.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Establish effective communication plans.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules.
  • Manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, including necessary escalations.
  • Generate comprehensive project status reports.
  • Adhere to Hitachi Energy's delivery methodology, ensuring proper project controls are in place.
  • Manage project scope and identify the need for change orders.
  • Measure and report on team progress regularly.
  • Supervise a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative environment.
