We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Manager to join our team at Rendall & Rittner. As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential estates, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: You will lead and develop a team of estate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Site Inspections and Compliance: You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our estates are compliant with statutory regulations and Health & Safety standards.
  • Contractor Management: You will manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work and meet performance targets.
  • CAPEX and Major Works Projects: You will oversee CAPEX and major works projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Performance Improvement: You will identify opportunities to improve the performance of our estates and implement initiatives to drive results.
  • Teamwork and Communication: You will work closely with residents, guests, and external contractors to build strong relationships and support a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have a proven track record in managing residential estates, with experience in leading teams and managing contractors.
  • Skills: You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge: You will have a good understanding of M&E systems and Health & Safety regulations.
