Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geophysicist to join our established and growing Survey Management Team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in geophysical and UXO offshore wind projects, with a strong technical and commercial understanding.

The Senior Geophysicist will be responsible for:

  • Leading geotechnical site assessments for offshore wind farm projects
  • Managing site investigation teams and on-site representatives
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual, health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Interpreting geotechnical datasets and conducting comprehensive site characterizations
  • Assessing and onboarding new site investigation contractors and technologies
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of offshore geotechnical campaigns
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and work effectively in a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
