Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team in Southampton, United Kingdom. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our team by assisting with report production, holiday records, and general office administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control LUL engineers' weekly work programs
  • Arrange LUL site access and schedule maintenance visits
  • Issue work instructions to engineers for planned maintenance activities
  • Create and update service requests on Oracle
  • Gather engineers' visit reports and impedance reports
  • Update contract databases and spreadsheets
  • Provide CRM feedback on contract delivery performance
  • Perform other tasks as required
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interface with various departments and personnel
