Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and customers, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Assist with the delivery of fitness classes and activities, including inductions and basic classes.
  • Support the lifeguarding and concierge teams, providing a high level of service to members and customers.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in health and fitness, with opportunities for further qualifications and career progression.
Requirements:
  • 5 GCSE grades A-C / grade 4 and above (or equivalent qualification) including Maths and English.
  • Confident swimming ability, with the ability to swim 50 metres in under 50 seconds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
