About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Better Health Assistant at West View Leisure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and customers, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Support the Concierge and Lifeguard teams, providing a high level of service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Assist with the delivery of fitness classes and inductions, providing advice and guidance to members.
  • Contribute to the development of our leisure centre, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • A keen interest in health and fitness, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
