About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our Manufacturing team at KES Solutions UK. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of processes and products to identify and address quality issues.
  • Inspect goods in, goods out, subcontract work, and all purchased parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Communicate quality failures to relevant departments and managers, and implement corrective actions.
  • Undertake First Article Inspection Reports activities in accordance with internal processes.
  • Sign first and last inspection reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Sound Quality/Inspection background with a strong understanding of quality principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Pension scheme with employer matching up to 6%.
  • Production bonus scheme, with quarterly payments based on performance.
