Portfolio Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Portfolio Account Manager to join our team in Widnes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with Sales & Product Management to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow trading customers and reduce sales attrition.
  2. Manage customer relationships, build trust, and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with Sales & Product Management to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
  4. Utilize Salesforce (CRM sales tool) to track customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline growth.
