Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our care team as a Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Mentorship

  • Care Planning and Risk Management

  • Support and Care
    • Support residents with daily living activities.
  • Home Management

Requirements

  • Management and supervisory experience.
  • Experience in administering medication.
  • Previous experience as a senior support worker.
  • Experience working with learning disabilities and mental health.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and mental capacity legislation.
  • NVQ in Health & Social Care desirable.
