Job Title: Children Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our social care department, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment, upholding the values of dignity, compassion, and honesty.

Requirements:

  • A strong desire to create positive outcomes for children with learning disabilities.
  • Empathetic and caring nature, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
