About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unit Catering Supervisor to join our team at Spinwell Global. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of a catering service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of catering staff to provide a high-quality catering service
  • Develop and implement catering menus and services to meet client needs
  • Manage catering operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on catering performance, including sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior catering role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
