Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions for residents, maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach. Deliver exemplary physiotherapy services to patients. Manage an individual caseload, providing specialized clinical evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing reviews tailored to the unique needs of patients with complex conditions. Regularly assess and update client care plans and objectives based on outcomes. Mentor and oversee therapy and support staff, as well as assist students in the specialty area. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in utilizing electronic documentation systems and data analysis tools.We are committed to ensuring our staff deliver the highest quality of care, providing a thorough training program. Candidates must be qualified and actively involved in relevant Special Interest Groups.

Qualifications for Success:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following:
Current HCPC registration. A motivated and enthusiastic attitude as a specialist Neuro-Physiotherapist (Band 5/6), serving as a role model for junior staff. A minimum of one year of UK experience in a Neuro setting, with respiratory condition experience being advantageous. Ability to conduct thorough neurological assessments and provide treatment aimed at achieving both short and long-term patient goals, utilizing valid outcome measurement tools. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.Benefits:
