We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Fairlie Healthcare. As a Neuro-Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents with neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver physiotherapy sessions to residents, maintaining a respectful and caring attitude.
- Provide comprehensive neurological assessments and develop treatment plans to achieve patients' short and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Supervise and appraise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research in neurology and physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration and a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Neuro setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Computer literacy, including electronic notes systems and data analysis.
