Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our International & Private Care Directorate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality hospitality services, including catering, housekeeping, and customer liaison.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Deliver high-quality hospitality services, including catering and housekeeping
  • Liaise with patients, families, and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Process complaints and incidents in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to achieve service excellence
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Previous experience of customer care in hotel services, hospitals, residential homes, or schools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of good health and safety practice
