We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Manager to join a leading organization in the healthcare sector, renowned for over three decades of delivering specialized care and support. This organization is dedicated to assisting more than 3,500 individuals across the UK with complex needs, including autism, brain injuries, and learning disabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the service, developing and executing individualized support plans, performing care needs evaluations, recruiting and onboarding new staff, and overseeing supervisions and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting medication competency assessments and audits, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, executing quarterly evaluations and reports, and managing the service's financial performance.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual obligations, including relevant notifications and compliance with policies and procedures.
