Job Description

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Transportation Partnerships team as a Transportation Partnerships Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dedicated transport partners, ensuring seamless and efficient transportation operations. This role requires a passion for data-driven decision making, experience in transportation management, and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and educate transport partners on Amazon's transportation requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve transportation-related issues.
  • Analyze data to inform transportation decisions and optimize operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transportation management, planning, or compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with transport partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
