Office Services Manager

Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to enhance our corporate facilities team.
This role is a full-time, temporary position offering a hybrid working model and a competitive hourly rate.
Role Overview:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of facilities services within a primary office and its associated regions. The focus will be on delivering high-quality, customer-centric services that are also cost-effective.
The Facilities Manager will ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety regulations, while also managing the implementation of flexible working policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational delivery of facilities services across the main office and regional sites.
- Manage a variety of hard and soft facilities services.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, as well as Statutory and Mandatory legislation, in both office and remote environments.
Specific areas of management will include:
- Conducting fire risk assessments and office risk assessments.
- Organizing fire evacuations and drills.
- Managing first aid provisions and workstation assessments.
- Ensuring adherence to building management regulations, including legionella control and water temperature monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Accredited IOSH certification in managing health and safety.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations as they pertain to office management and facilities operations.
- Proven experience in staff management.
- Comprehensive understanding of facilities management principles and building oversight.
- Experience in managing office fit-outs and relocations.
